20-Foot Containerized Energy Storage & Ultra-Fast EV Charging System

This 20-foot containerized energy storage and EV charging system is an integrated, utility-grade solution designed for high-power charging hubs, logistics depots, ports, industrial parks, and renewable-energy sites. By combining large-scale battery storage, high-capacity power electronics, and ultra-fast DC charging within a single standardized container, the system delivers exceptional performance, reliability, and deployment flexibility.

Utility-Grade Container Design

Built into a 20-foot container enclosure, the system is engineered for outdoor operation with IP54 protection, C4 corrosion resistance, and a wide operating temperature range from –25°C to +45°C. It supports installations at altitudes up to 2000 m and operates quietly at ≤75 dB, making it suitable for both industrial and semi-urban environments.

The container is fully transportable and compliant with UN38.3 transportation standards, enabling fast deployment and relocation as needed.

Large-Scale Energy Storage System

The system integrates a 1953 kWh LFP battery pack with 314Ah cells, providing high energy density, long cycle life, and enhanced safety. The battery supports a DC voltage range of 810–1182.6 Vdc and a 0.5P charge/discharge rate, making it ideal for peak shaving, load balancing, and renewable energy integration.

An aerosol fire suppression system and comprehensive electrical protection—including short-circuit, overload, lightning, and emergency stop protection—ensure maximum operational safety.

Ultra-Fast DC Charging Capability

The integrated charging station delivers up to:

240 kW × 4 outputs
Maximum 600 kW per charging gun

With a wide 200–1000 V DC output voltage range and up to 500 A output current, the system supports ultra-fast charging for passenger vehicles, commercial fleets, buses, and electric trucks. Liquid-cooled charging cables ensure safe, continuous high-current operation.

Smart Control & Connectivity

The system runs on an Android operating system and supports OCPP 1.6J, enabling seamless integration with charging management platforms. Communication is supported via 4G and Ethernet, allowing real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and remote control.

With THD < 5%, the system ensures clean power delivery and grid compliance.
